Gas inspections are carried out to GAS SAFE Regulations, this includes all appliances gas pipes, and meters.

The charge is for an inspection.

When your property passes the inspection, a Gas Safety Certificate will be created and held until payment is made in full.

If your property does not pass the inspection, the charge is still payable, remedial work may be carried out on-site to pass the inspection but this will be an additional charge to be confirmed by the landlord.
